Class Descriptions

"Jedi Mind Class" with Caroline and James is about connection and will have exercises that communicate motion to your partner in different new ways to strengthen your overall connection and dancing. 

"Funk and Flow" with Silke and Bandi will be in their style of funky spinny moves that really connect with the music. 

"Follow vibes" with Michelle and Sammy will be about how ideas and movements come from the follower and active listening exercises for Leads while follows expres their voices in the dance.

"In Your Partner's Shoes" is a class led by Caroline and James and will be about learning your partner's role and incorporating changes in role musically within your dancing. 

"Hip-Hop" will be an intro Hip-Hop class for lindy-hoppers with the fantastic Cris Barajas. You'll learn modern movements to incorporate into your lindy-hop.

"Latin Jazz" dancing with Jen and Isamu is just that, latin style movements you can incorporate into your lindy-hop, 

"I'd tap that" with Icarus" is an introductory tap-dancing class that can be danced in soft-shoes (you don't need any special footwear, although you are welcome to bring tap shoes if you have them)

"Leads in Space" is a class with Caroline and James about Leads incorporating Space in their dancing with moves that open up and leave opportunities for cool 2-way musicality. 

"Balboa Slides" with Howard and Gayl will be a balboa class that will teach some fun slides and movements in balboa dance.

"Revenge of the Spins" will be a class with cool spins and groovy movments also taught by Bandi and Silke.
